The Facemelter
Have you ever been curious who makes everything here at Jetlag look spic and spam day in and day out? Well the man in front of the key board and mouse is none other than Mr. Eden Hannon. Today Mr. Hannon wants to demonstrate his vocal abilities in hopes to make it big. But we have to say we are all lucky he creates the beauty of JL with his hands and mind and not his vocal cords.Introducing Mr. Eden Hannon remixing the Foreigner hit, "I want to know what love is."

Baby Making Music

Sebastian Tellier's Album, "Sexuality", is probably some of the best "baby making music we've ever herd. Being produced by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo of Daft Punk we knew he must be good, I mean come on have a look at the guy and his album cover. Purely amazing. But the guy does actually have some skill and he slows that whole synth-electro scene down to expose us to smooth relaxing beats and woos. With his quiet vocals mixed in babies are surely to start popping out of any woman in close proximity.

The Grammys Suck
I'm sorry but this year the Grammys were shit... Giving Amy Winehouse 5 Grammys for her over played over hyped song rehab and then having to sit through an awful performance of "Rehab" broadcast via satellite from the UK cause she was to drugged up to make the flight across the pond. Amy you need to "go, go, go"...This performance of Kanye is amazing though...
At least they did one thing right this year.

Yelle!!!

If any of you remember this crazy French electro video we posted a few months back we want to tell you more about the people behind it. The genius musician behind the video (who is not actually featured in the video) is the female French artist Yelle. Her popish, electro club music is blowing up in France right now and when she teamed with fellow French Electro/Dance/Rap team TEPR to remix A Cause Des Garcons and produce a video of the new electronic dancing of Europe the world payed attention.

Rock Band

I've played Guitar Hero, I've played Sing Star and I've played Dance Dance Revolution. Ya all these games are fun and get my heart going in a way that only a TV can, but none even come close to getting a rise out of me the way Rock Band can. Rock Ban combines the best of all musical video games letting players choose to sing, drum or play the guitar/ base in their own personal Rock Band.
While playing Rock Band for the first time the other night I felt better than being front row at a Leonard Skinner concert hammered drunk. Hell I was hammered drunk on the stage singing "Sweet Home Alabama".

Robot Love

A couple years back a buddy of mine had a tiny little art/ music show on a Sunday afternoon in the parking lot of a art supply store. The scene was mellow and not much was happening until a lil known band name Robot Love came on. While they were setting up the lead singer grabbed the mic and beatboxing beats like Drop It Like It's Hot, by Snoop. The Kid kills it, he can play four beats at once and sing just with his mouth and a mic. Long story short his band Robot Love performed a solid little amateur show.
Last night I herd they were headlining a show at a sweet little club in downtown LA and jumped at the chance to go see them again. Once again the singer beatboxed even better than before and his band threw down some sweet beats throughout the entire show. Everyone was on their feet dancing, jumping and shouting tripping out to their wild light show that I can totally tell is inspired by Daft Punk.
Check out their video below and listen to a few tracks on their MySpace.
